  • Psychiatric Emergencies or Crises
    If you are actively suicidal, experiencing self-harm, or have plans to harm yourself or others, please go to your nearest emergency room or call emergency services (e.g., 911, 112, or your local crisis line). I am not a crisis centre
  • Anxiety & Worry
    Chronic worry, panic attacks, social anxiety, health anxiety, or a constant sense of unease that's holding you back
  • Acute Psychosis or Mania
    Active hallucinations, delusions, or manic episodes (e.g., severely pressured speech, reckless behaviour, no need for sleep) typically require psychiatric hospitalisation or a specialised crisis team
  • Depression & Low Mood
    Persistent sadness, loss of motivation, feelings of emptiness, hopelessness, or withdrawal from things you once enjoyed
  • Substance Use Disorders as a Primary Issue
    If your main concern is alcohol or drug dependence, I may support you alongside specialised addiction treatment, but I do not provide primary addiction rehabilitation therapy
  • Stress & Burnout
    Overwhelm, exhaustion, difficulty resting, irritability, or feeling like you're running on empty for too long
  • Court-Ordered Therapy or Forensic Evaluations
    I do not provide therapy mandated by a court of law, nor do I perform forensic psychological assessments for legal proceedings
  • Relationship Issues & Couples Counselling
    Communication breakdowns, recurring conflicts, emotional distance, trust issues, or difficulties with intimacy and attachment
  • Disability or Sickness Benefit Assessments
    I cannot provide evaluations or official reports for disability claims, workers' compensation, or long-term sick leave certification
  • Past or Current Trauma
    Overwhelming experiences — whether from childhood or recent events — that still affect your daily life, emotions, or relationships
  • Prescribing Medication
    I am not a psychiatrist and cannot prescribe or manage psychiatric medication. However, I can work collaboratively with your prescribing doctor if you wish

I'm an experienced professional with hands-on expertise and formal training.
I hold a systematic education in psychology, including qualifications as a Child Psychologist, Clinical Psychologist, Family Counsellor, and a Practical Psychologist & Coach. I am currently pursuing postgraduate studies (PhD) in Psychology at Southern Federal University and completing a Master's program in Clinical Psychology. I also have specialised training in Transactional Analysis and Katathym Imaginative Therapy (KIP).
